  9. Dibutuhkan 1 cup of Sugar.
  10. Dibutuhkan As required of Dry fruits.

Langkah-langkah memasak Authentic lunch during auspicious day

  1. Firstly,take kadai,add oil and temper it with mustard seeds,add the Vegetables and saute it.add poriyal powder or sabji powder (Refer to my kalsanna)add salt,then add rice and mix it.Vegetable rice ready..
  2. In another pan,add oil,temper it with mustard and red chillies,add cooked beans and saute it,then add salt and garnish it with coconut.Beans poriyal is ready..
  3. Nextly,dal rasam to be prepared,In a vessel add tamarind juice,ground tomatoes,rasam powder and allow it to boil,then add tour dal and mix water and chk for the consistency.Then add salt and temper it with ghee,mustards and asafoetida.garnish it with curry and coriander leaves..
  4. Semiya kheer,can be prepared by using roasted semiya,boil milk and add semiya and allow them to cook and add sugar and garnish it with dry fruits of your choice..
  5. The very auspicious one that's simple dal,to a bowl of cooked tour dal,add salt,season it with chanadal,urad dal,red chilli,curry leaf and dal is ready..
