  6. Sediakan 2 teaspoons of Ground Premium Flaxseed.
  7. Gunakan 1 cup of water.

  2. Next add the frozen berries, raspberries and kale.
  3. Add in your liquids: yogurt and water.
  4. Add 2 teaspoons of ground flaxseed.
